Connection less and Connection Oriented Service


Transport Layer Service


Connection Less- In Connectionless service there is no acknowledgement, no error control and no flow control. It is faster than connection oriented. UDP uses connectionless service.

Connection Oriented- In Connection Oriented service there is acknowledgement, error control and flow control. It is slower than UDP. Example is TCP.

CCNA Subnetting Question with answer: What will be the broadcast IP for the Network 10.1.1.0/24?

As the Network IP address is 10.1.1.0

Given Subnet Mask =   255.255.255.0
Default Subnet mask = 255.0.0.0
